They will only kill Europeans as a tool to stir up anti Americanism or as punishment for supporting the US.

Whatever their reasons, they will continue to kill Europeans. The ones that did the dirty deed in Madrid escaped from Morocco after doing the same there. The Spaniards let them alone.

The Al Qaeda that performed 911 were in Europe prior. It is really the HQ for a lot of them. If they can't get at us, they will probably do Italy next.
