Yes they do, but they want you to work and work hard (no drugs or alcohol), and they want you to save and invest with the incentive that all that hard work and saving and investment will enable you to retire early and have a really great relaxing life. The reality is they want you to produce as much as possible and save....so they can take it from you in the form of inflation, taxes, and the latest con game...Obamacare.
