this has been going on for some time. kids all flash on web to meet at X place at X time. last time it was downtown and they all ran into stores and robbed the places.. i think two other times it was at city hall at rush hour.. big time problem for cops.. as they get a thousand kids and of course most are looking to hang out or meet but then there are large group looking for make trouble. Cops have major problem to control it. i expect going on in other cities.. these things seem to spread and the fade phases out.
