Well, if you've read all the posts on this topic on this thread, including my posts to you, and you still don't get it, what more can I say?

Let me ask you this. Do you have any idea why Westerners revile Neville Chamberlain?

If not, I simply give up.

When a family member is kidnapped and held hostage for a ransom, it's human nature to want to give the hostage-taker the ransom, in hopes that they will actually release the family member unharmed. I will assume that you think this is wise, unless you point out to me that you don't believe this.
