Bear market rally ups oft involve shorts first covering at extreme oversold, flipping long, and then reloading their shorts when they feel fitting.
One of the dangers of the Chinese market, in disallowing shorting, they have gotten rid of one of the major controllers that permit a slow death, stretched overtime, as opposed to a crashing freefall, that is, in my so UMBLE opinion, as Uriah Heep would o so UMBLY speak.:) Max
