The military absentee ballots will be in the custody and control of the Military Postal Service, run by the Army, until they reach the U.S. Postal Service gateway in New York or Miami. I hope the Postal Inspectors are on their toes. The Postal Service clerks and mail handlers are heavily unionized, close to 100%, but the inspectors aren't.
