On the same theme of "one company and Teck", ETF and LYM are putting their interest in Lorraine/Jayjay into a new company which they will spin off to their respective shareholders "because the present market price doesn't recognise its value". This will be convenient for Teck if, as onepath suggests, they do have designs there. Teck has already spent over $3M of its $9M buy-in.

(This was announced last November but there has been no mention of it since then).
