From my personal experience: I saw the interest, by non-american telcos, in what Digitcom had to offer.

What makes DGIV different, IMHO, is the fact that it can also help the telco's better their "long distance, international minutes" business.
This was seen as the most atractive by the non-USA telco I know. Equipment they can get from Ascend, Lucent or Cisco anytime.

DGIV had it's first contract, and I am confident other will follow.
