There are many good pieces out on the Obamacare legislation, but one that covers a lot of territory in a short space is David Hogberg's 20 ways Obamacare will take away our freedoms. Our friends at Investor's Business Daily, on whose site Hogberg's post appears, tell us that it's one of the most highly trafficked items they have ever posted on the site.

The fiscal and accounting frauds upon which Obamacare has been sold are astounding. Amity Shlaes draws on the lyrics of an old Brook Benton song to shine a light on a few of them in an excellent Bloomberg News column.

Glenn Reynolds has performed an invaluable service in posting the best items available on the Internet regarding Obamacare. One good one he has flagged today is Brad Warbiany's post on "Obamacare's immediate impact."

At least since the conclusion of the Civil War, the Democrats' war on freedom has never been more brazen. Indeed, there is a tie that binds the Democratic Party of the antebellum era with today's Democratic Party:
