Look, Jack and WOTD may be anal cavities, they may be shiesters, they may even be dumb...but they ain't stupid. They made sure they had the votes before they did this.
Wanna fight them in court? Ever transfer money from your left pocket to your right pocket and had some of it drop into a storm drain? That's what a class action lawsuit is like for EXISTING shareholders.
On the 17th, there will be 390,000 shares trading at 1,2,3 dollars whatever and these clowns will commence hitting the float hard, though they may wait to see if any new lambs buy in and bring the stock up a bit. But make no mistake, real soon, the float won't be 390,000 shares.
Companies have been known to do multiple reverses, so don't be surprised if there's another one around the bent over posteriors of current shareholders.
This is something I would expect from a schlock Vancouver stock. God I am pissed off.
