Rick,

You said:

. Of course, I point out that Paracelsian never mentions anything about the compassionate use trial on cancer in 1996, and I am sceptical about that and many of their other former press releases.

I can't say I blame you for your caution. The old management team had a strong record of not fulfilling their promises. But you should remember that Colin Campbell resigned last April because he had differences with the previous regime. In fact, he fought against them quite vigorously to try to make them more responsible to the shareholders. And since he failed to get them to fullfill their promises he somehow persuaded them to resign so an entirely new board could step in.

I am convinced that Colin Campbell has the highest integrity and that those he brought with them to serve on the board also are honest men. Does this guarantee the company will succeed? Of course not. This stock will be risky until the company gets some solid deals ensuring the reliable flow of income. But it does mean that this set of directors will be doing everything they can to make this company a success. I believe them when they say they are working to build shareholder value. They might not succeed, but for the first time in a long time I think the company has a fighting chance.
