By the way, is a terror alert considered an anaerobic activity, for example, does orange mean I can eat more, perhaps an extra candy bar because the heart will be pumping a little more? Is there a terror pyramid, i.e., what are the best foods to eat while staring at CNN and waiting for the next explosion with the curtains closed? Just wondering...
