Crowflight

After extensive drilling, a scoping study, and a completed feasibility study, Crowflight is ready to transition from an exploration company to an active and producing nickel mining company.

Crowflight Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CML, Frankfurt: CMI) is a Canadian base-metals exploration and development company with operations centred in two of Canada's most prolific nickel camps, the Thompson Nickel Belt (TNB), Manitoba, and Sudbury Basin, Ontario. The company owns or has under option approximately 600 square kilometres of advanced-stage exploration and development projects with excellent discovery or development potential for nickel, copper and platinum group minerals (PGM's). Current operations are focused in the Thompson Nickel Belt, Manitoba, a region that has produced over four billion pounds of nickel to date.

The McCreedy West and Levack Properties are located along the North Range of the Sudbury Igneous Complex (SIC) some 40 km north of the City of Greater Sudbury. The properties occupy the western half of the nine km long, Ni-Cu-TPM Levack Embayment Structure, host to sixteen historic and operating mines. Nickel (+Cu+Co) ores occur in traps and topographic depressions located along the base of the SIC, whereas the Cu-Ni-TPM deposits occur as sulphide veins and disseminations below the SIC in the brecciated footwall rocks.

The McCreedy West Mine Property, comprising 804.24 acres (325.4 ha) of mining rights contained in seven mining patents, is located 34 km northwest of Sudbury in Levack Township. Road access is excellent and the rail spur to the Levack Mine is adjacent to the site.

The history of discovery, exploration and exploitation of this property has been described in detail in previous reports, as referenced in the bibliography.
