dumbs in Wa state are complaining about the same thing, and threatening to cut off funding to the Attorney General. McKenna says the costs would be minimal as it looks like FL will bear the brunt. I wrote him and suggested he ask for private funds if the legislature does cut off his funding. Not sure he could legally use private funds to proceed despite the fact he was elected not to protect wa state govt, but the people of wa state.
