Just heard that GMST is hosting a dinner for sell-side analysts next Monday in NY. Hopefully, that will lead to some baseline financial models for the new company. The financial statements won't be as pretty as the old GMST. In fact, they might be downright ugly. However, that shouldn't trouble the insitutional investors who are used to looking at sum of the parts and DCF models.
