Joe, the reason why bonds are tanking is b/c Jimmy Rodgers on CNBC got cold feet and didn't short bonds for the first time in months. He didn't follow his own advice. <ggg>. Yesterday, Peter Anderson, American Express CFO said he believes the long bond is going back to 7.5% by next spring. This guy has a good track record and gave valid reasons why. Long bond down 1.25 yielding 6.4% now. Regards. JT
