Hi Augie. I haven't been keeping up with technology, at all, so my comments may not help. Hopefully some of the more tech adept people who read your post will have some ideas.

I just tried saving a chart. I got my usual options. That was to Save as a png file, as the default.
The only other option, which is the one I always use, was to Save as a bmp file.

I am using Internet Explorer version 5.5

When I was using Netscape, the options for saving to disk were different.
