If they do, it won't be cheap. Synergy is the word, and with aquisitions such as todays only helps SSTI widen the spectrum of semis production and product offering. To do this without any out of pocket cash and only stock was a brilliant move. SNDK helped out with their 28% hop in a down market. News of the aq. was announced after the bell so I am expecting a jump over the rest of the week if market conditions remain favorable.
