Pax-TV signs Time-Warner for carriage............................ 204.243.31.23 As for the Pax TV deal, Time Warner will launch that network in San Diego and Cincinnati, giving it a presence in 74 of the top 75 markets. The Paxson Communications Corp. network has lined up seven MSOs to help fill in "white areas" where its broadcast stations do not reach, Paxson said. Pax TV will launch at noon today (Aug. 31) with a lineup of "family oriented" programs, most of which are off-network and off-syndication shows.
