Chuckie, why doesn't INTEL lower their pentium prices more. Their
margin is still in @58% range. Lower the price wouldn't do a
dent on the earning if they can sell more. I'm sure they did
their homework on how much the public will bear. Can't INTEL have
a price/class structure as: (sorry keep using this stupid
automobile illustration)

1. corolla-CPU good quality and reasonable price.
2. then move up to Camry-CPU
3. and then mvoe up to Lexus-CPU.

If cyrix/amd achieve the 'corolla-CPU' status due to INTEL's
ignoring that market, then bye-bye for that 58+% margin anyway.

Well, I hope INTEL just give that tiny/low margin stuff to
cyrix/amd, since I'm pro-choice (ALTERNATIVE) CPU. At least those
guys won't starve to death.
