I dont think they are a GTZ candidate yet, but slowly getting there.

They have about 4 quarters of cash left.
Also, considering their reasonable debt, I'm sure they will be able to find more financing.

My personal general rule of thumb:
Any company that is losing money (especially significantly) with declining revenue and EPS, should never be trading for more than 2 times cash. (if that, assuming enough cash for 4-6 quarters)

So based on my rule, they should be a $4 stock now.
