Ken, Hang in there! Q+ IS a somewhat quirky program to get running smoothly, and I've installed LOTS of software. But, it's worth the trouble. I switched from TC2000, and my only complaint is that Q+ data is available 2 hours later than TC2000 is. Read back in this thread, starting around post 3500. Someone else was having trouble getting started with downloads and there were some good posts on fixing up the problems. CL
