I just can't help but post this. It's one of my favorite question/response thingie: Monday, May 29 2000 11:04PM ET To: Doug R From: are OTC's shortable? Why so high in a short amount of time? found this one being discussed on another board clearstation.com. ______________________________________ Shorting OTCs is primarily a Canadian sport...kinda like skeet shooting. Folks with accounts in Canada line up at the border with their shortguns. You can almost hear someone shout, "Pull!!", when an OTC gets hyped and pumped way out of proportion to reality. Shorting OTCs is not allowed in the States but it is legal in Canada.
