Look, experienced people got screwed here too. When lies are issued from a Corporate Olympus in the back room of some two bit pharmacy then you get burned.

The experience helps only for looking forward. In a year or so, there very well may be a successful company called CVIA or WOTD or what ever. And the shareholders will tout how great it is.

I can think off hand of two companies, Toy H and Medicis Pharmaceutical, once pennies. They did mammoth reverses and trade in the 20s and 40s now, that's 20 and 40 DOLLARS. They have experienced terrific growth in the last few years. But the original shareholders original stakes? Virtually worthless.

You tell me what happens if the SEC halts trading for a few days or weeks or months. Each day will be another nail in current shareholders' value. At the end, the Company will resume and if they have to, they'll just do another reverse. Each reverse buys them time and some walking around money and who knows, one day they might do a deal that clicks. And the stock will take off. And those who bought in on that last go round will be the winners.
