When Obama forces these people to buy insurance, he loses their vote. So he adds a provision that extends the parents plan to 27 so that mom & dad can pay for the adult child instead of forcing the adult child to buy insurance himself and losing his vote. My daughter is welcome to stay on my policy, but I will expect her to pay the additional increment in premium that results from her being on the policy.
