I shouldn't respond. We have beat this one to death. But I passed three cop cars here in Waikiki with a teenage Moped driver sitting on the curb forlornly holding a ticket. Sometimes they have so little to do they travel in packs. Plus, since they are all driving single-O these days, they show up for backup.
