If one's offspring are over the age of 18, I don't see how parents can be required to cover them with insurance. They're adults in the eye of the law and the parent is no longer required to support them. However, these idiots in DC seem to have no compunctions about the mandates they impose, so I would not be surprised to find that the bill somehow imposes an obligation on a parent to pay for his or her 25 year old's health insurance. We are governed by fools.
