Auric...
I've been in your shoes before. I was once the lone voice of caution on the message boards for a stock CAML (Nasdaq: Camelot), which was an Internet telephony software maker. Problem was, their product sucked and the company was originally Bollard Oil and Gas. The CEO had been cited twice by the SEC for fraudulent practices. I took a lot of abuse from the longs in that message board (this was 3 years ago) but it was obvious to me the company was bogus. All of the CEOs shares were in his wife's name (and she had been cited once herself). Sure enough, the stock tanked.
But I have to say... I was a lot more convinced in that case than I am by yours. I've gone looking for the documents you cite and I can't find them. If you are so convinced, and if your claim of higher aspirations are true, just reprint the documents.
Obviously you are spending far too much time here. I understand you are being antagonized, but you're having too much fun :-) Have a heart for the vast majority of readers here who are NOT touts, they are just reading this board and trying to get a bead on whether this is a good investment or not. If you really have something post it. Otherwise there is no reason for the people here not to antagonize you and call you names, but name calling is only funny for a few posts, then it really turns into a waste of time. So how about it?
BTW, I'm not impressed with your year-old information either, or the reprint from the WSJ Interactive. I think I read that one in August. We KNOW there are touts in other stocks. Please only post relevent articles.
By the way, I write for Motley Fool, but I was one of the first 10 postors ever to visit SI. I wrote their very first spotlight article in 1995. I met the Dryer brothers via email and phone way back then (great guys). THEY never wanted their message boards to be this rancorous, they had dignity and high ambitions. They were a class act, doing their best to foster meaningful, informed discussion of tech stocks.
Leave this kind of stuff to Yahoo, ok? If you have something -post it, otherwise forget about it. By the way... I do NOT have a position in IFLY. In fact, I cautioned my readers on Motley Fool last Thursday that it might be wise to sell on the news. But I do have a heart for the small investor who reads these boards looking for informed opinions. Let's keep it professional.
Thanks,
