The Liberal Regents have made it worse by doing this. It brings up the issue again. But they are so hung up on "affirmative action," they can't see straight.

An agitated group of University of California regents voted Thursday to censure their chairman for writing a Forbes magazine article criticizing the university's admissions policies as favoring minorities.

The public reprimand of John Moores was intended, its authors said, to distance the full Board of Regents from the chairman's opinions in the March 12 article. The resolution, which Moores called outrageous, sparked a heated exchange before being adopted on an 8-6 vote of the regents in attendance.
