K A, According to cvia's lone sec filing, the reg-s was actually done in mid to late December. By the time it was mentioned in the news release on Jan 13 it was almost ready for conversion. This should have been a red flag I suppose but the actual filing came too late to figure any of this out. Note to all: The symbol should change to CVIAD on the day of the split and remain that way for 20 days. This may cause some confusion until all systems have the new info and you may get error messages on internet trading systems on the first day of the change even if you enter CVIAD. Just be ready to call your broker if you want to trade early on the first day of the split. Best of luck to all, p.b.
