David, excuse my two cents, but
Kolvox (see www.kolvox.com) seems rather paradoxical. I mean, when the press
release on internet came out Dec 15 95, the stock fell 30 cents to 1.30.
Then the next good news in January accelerated the slide.
Can we stand more good news? At least, 75 cents seems to be base price.

Kolvox home page does not show its profit and loss status. Pure data
home page (www.puredata.com) also does not (but it is private at least).
Pure data was into bubble memory some years ago. Whew. what a winner.
Now into fax modems? Like fax modems are new tech?
The daily chart for Kolvox shows it to be thinly traded, and for my money,
not promising. In fact it looks sick.
As for IBM, it was into voice cards really early (my personal experience)
with Dragon Systems SW and TI modules, and really screwed up the development and
marketing. Times have changed I hope. But IBM involvement can be like a kiss from
Marlon Brando.
Look also at Kurzwel AI. This is a famous voice recog group. The 3 year charts show
it as a disaster despite brilliant tech and deep pockets. Near steady decline from $20 to
$3 in 3 years. At least KURZ on Nasdaq is bottomed out at $3. See its home page
at www.kurz-ai.com. Neat guys, beloved by the medical frat.
Excuse me for being a downer. I like voice command, and one day, it
may even work. Summary: Kolvox looks fair-poor at 75 cents, KURZ
offers more upside at $3.

Fred (and you didnt even ask my opinion.) Bealle
