Update on the Ignore feature:

Bob just published the following changes:

- Ignored users can no longer respond to a PM.

- Posts TO ignored users are no longer ignored unless the author is also ignored.

The other change still on the to-do list is to make the "This message is ignored" be a user-specified option.

Anything else?
