When roll is called here at the TSO daily, pleasure, illness, or monetary pursuits are the only excused absences. In your case, rolling in the snow MUST be pleasure to you but to me, it is misery, so your permanent record will reflect excused, but I'm worried about the sanity of anyone who willingly goes outdoors when one needs a coat.

Nemer ---

If I told you that half of my absences were caused by those monetary pursuits, would that help you understand my insanity??? Lisa, can tell you about all the frequent flyer miles I am racking up.

As far as rolling in the snow, well, part of the high is the lack of oxygen when I go up to about 12,000 feet, especially when I live in a place that is at an elevation of about 840 feet.

Of course, rolling in the snow can be fun ---- you just have to have the right company --- but in my case, it just resulted with massive "face impressions" left in the snow.

*daw grins*

PS -- One day, I offered to take a blanket with us, but my company did not think that would help keep us warm. And I was even willing to lay on the bottom.....oh, well. Maybe next time, I'll get to do that kind of rolling in the snow.
