I suspect, for now, that they will continue to officially "no comment" or even say they are against the pirates. Unofficially, and including attitude and comment on the Stern show, is that it is more free advertising, more an appendage to the free PR that Stern has been able to generate for the past year. In other words, they thought it was pretty cool that it was happening. It's unlikely to happen outside of congested areas given the weak antennas. The thinking on the show was that people would get a "piece" of the show and then perhaps come on board for a subscription. It's kind of like the people who used to go dizzy trying to watch the porn on cable when it used to come in scrambled. Most of those probably took pay packages as they became part of premium offering on cable.
