Ken, Download speed from the web site is good (by my standards). My experience is typically under 2 minutes to get one day's datafile (about 10,000 stocks). (Folks using some other services have posted stories of two separate downloads each day, lasting 10s of minutes for each batch of stocks -Ouch!). All of us wish the data was available earlier in the evening. We've been told this is something they are working to change through their data source(s). I'm glad that Q+ people were able to help you. They are good people, with, IMO, a good customer-service mindset. They have been responsive for many of us when we had problems using the product. Regards, Paul
