Erik, this is the typical case of manipulation from media. Companies like Iomega are always the darlings of the stock market. But when its stock price reaches to certain level, the big investment houses start to take profit and then drive the price down to such a low level that they can buy the stock back with guaranteed profit. The established financial media is always the unindicted coconspirator of such a manupilation. WSJ has been pounding on Iomega without any substantiated facts. Why does it change the tone now?

As far as the sell recommendation from Cabot is concerned, my guess is that the group realized that it was no match to the media manipulation so that it gave up the fight and took the profit. Of course this is the innocent side of the story. But it is also likely that the group is buying IOMG like crazy now.
