maybe, but i'm with bill wrt 'poor baby' a bad sewer backup can put 5" of water in a basement....an accountant should know better than to store important records in a basement close to floor level....(and why wasn't he moving the records before the water got that high? not like he didn't have days of heavy rain to prepare before his basement flooded)
