Any opines on Bear Creek Mining and the Peruvian left?

For some reason the Santa Ana deposit was in a dangerous location, whereas their Corani project was not. Why? Since they are both in Puno province, this is moot as it seems mining concessions have been suspended in Puno. Bear in mind that the head of Puno, one Fuentes at one time called for secession of his province from Peru. Shades of the FLQ.

I believe the farming the indiges are concerned about most is Coca.

I would like to know the wording of those presidential decrees of outgoing prexy Garcia. The pop press has not seen fit to elaborate. Typical. All you get is the froth, none of the beer.
