A talk radio person (can't remember which one) said that congressmen don't ever cross the street like that, but instead always use the underground passageway.

It was an obvious set up.

And I'm still waiting to hear back from the NPR ombudsman. I haven't taken the time to write back to resubmit my question, but I will this weekend. I'm not giving up on this until I get a serious answer. I'll go above her head if I have to.
