In the past I have planted lots of seedlings, starting with a cottonwood tree in 1965.
Dawn Redwoods, Oaks, Sycamores, Tulip Trees, Dogwoods and Maples and a few apples.
The last few years, it's just been acorns from various varieties.

The cottonwood tree is quite a specimen now, I plan to visit it when I go back to Missouri for our
60th high school reunion this summer. It still shows up on Google maps, at least.
