Brian and all, re >Credit Suisse First Boston Corp. filed a $1 million libel suit against a New Jersey man and 10 others who posted critical messages about one of the firm's analysts on a Yahoo Inc. message board.< Do we have a lawyer here who could expound on the merit of such a suit in general? Seems to me if an analyst publishes a company report he is fair game if proven wrong by events. Gottfried
