I'm pretty sure they don't have a license. I don't think the justice dept. would have allowed it, even if it had been part of the proposed agreement.

PS - sorry my original msg sounded harsh -- Digital did such a bad job at explaining to the press what the Intel deal actually meant, I keep seeing misunderstandings crop up. The one I replied to wasn't really a misunderstanding of the facts, I just read it that way.
