Gold now back up, only down 40 cents. I thought gold was a hedge against inflation? Doesn't the fact that the Fed could no longer cover up the growing inflation, and had to admit it exists, augur well for POG?

I mean really, everyone was adding a 'fuel surcharge' as early as February 2004. I saw delivery costs increase 30% to 50%. Guess what we did in that business...yep we did what everyone else has been doing, RAISED PRICES! :o
