the only way for the Third World to get richer is for America to get poorer. This is the classic "Right/Left" split that goes right back to Physics. The Right believes life is an open, thermodynamic system that organizes energy. The more we work the more wealth we create. The Left believes life is a closed thermostatic system. They believe the only way to get wealth is to take it from someone else.
