Our rights do NOT come from the Bill of Rights, as it has been explained to you at least 10 times. In fact there was a big fight about even mentioning rights in the constitution. Some thought peopl would come to mistakenly think our rights were limited to what was listed in the bill. Turns out they were right. Well, if American's rights are what is laid out in the Bill of Rights and the various interpretations of law (right to a lawyer, right to remain silent, etc.) it's a big leap to say they come from God, rather that from the people that created the laws.
