Well, I figure if Bush thought highly of the general American public he wouldn't deliberately, frequently, ridiculously, obviously and repeatedly lie to us about mushroom clouds and such.

Anyone see 60 minutes tonight? I think it was a rerun but they were showing how the much-lauded Patriot missiles missed their marks 90% of the time. In addition, they hit our guys in "friendly fire" incidents. I don't think getting killed by a missile is friendly anything...what a misnomer.

At any rate, all those Patriot 'hits' were actually missiles blowing themselves up. They mostly didn't hit any Scuds (maybe 4 times out of 40+) but they were much lauded anyway.

Now PNAC wants us to spend billions and billions militarizing space? What are these guys smoking? We can't even militarize within our own atmosphere.

Yep, next stop Mars.
