I did not see the word fraud anywhere.??..Actually they approved of the Accounting principals imployed by AHG....You will have a hard time mud slinging a solid company with 1 billion in Revs the recapitallization is offering a good opportunity to get the stock prior to the turnaround. I have made my best returns on turnaround's COO SZ KM USair to name a few. I lossed money on one company and it reminds me alot of ACRT now defunct TWTI was run by thiefs and liars. I learned my lesson I do not ever fall "in love" with a stock.....I look at management , product and Fundamentals of the company. When you become emotionally attached to a stock U can set yourself up for losses....IMHO Andrew Andrew
