Todd, the issue is not why I bought IOM in the first place. The question I asked is, why isn't IOM participating in the tech rally today? Why is volume fairly low? Maybe there aren't any definitive answers, but I suspect that the institutions must still have doubts. I am not attacking the Church of IOM; I am asking about today's tape action!
