So the conclusion one could make is that the last thing that Bob Brinker ever said about secular markets was that the Secular Bear was still in effect, but that we are in a Cyclical Bull.

It's easy to see how totally ridiculous he looks now - that is why he never talks about either anymore!

Now, his schtick is to issue "buy signal" warnings in hopes the uninformed suckers will pay him for meaningless calls. Meaningless because he has not issued a "sell signal" (raise cash) since year-2000.
