Christopher & Banks Corp., Plymouth, reiterated that it
expects to earn 30 cents to 31 cents a share in the second
quarter, compared with earnings of 25 cents a share in the
year-ago period. The company said it has postponed the release
of its second-quarter results until Sept. 25 because of last week's
events.

cMore Medical Solutions Inc., Minneapolis, restructured its
board of directors after completing a merger with
MedSpecialists Inc., Charlottesville, Va. The company is raising
$15 million in preferred Series B financing led by New
Enterprise Associates and Affinity Capital.

G&K Services Inc., Minnetonka, said its board has adopted a
shareholder-rights plan and has declared a dividend of one
right on each outstanding share of the company's common
stock to shareholders of record on Sept. 21.

Medtronic Inc., Fridley, and the Medtronic Foundation said
Monday they would contribute cash and products worth more
than $1.25 million to help victims of last week's attacks.

NRG Energy Inc., Minneapolis, has committed $1 million to
the Twin Towers Fund, which has been established to help the
families of the firefighters, police officers and emergency
response personnel who died in the World Trade Center.

MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, received a $660,000 order
for software that analyzes vehicle durability from a
manufacturer in Japan.

Cemstone Products Co. Inc., Mendota Heights, said it has
acquired Pequot Sand & Gravel, Pequot Lakes, Minn. Terms
were not disclosed.

Energy Softworx, Tampa, and Minneapolis-based Xcel
Energy said Xcel will use Softworx's software to manage
coal-supply operations in Minneapolis, Denver and Amarillo,
Texas.

St. Jude Medical Inc., Little Canada, received approval to
market its Angio-Seal STS vascular-closure product in the
United States and Europe.

Hutchison 3G UK, United Kingdom, said it will use
Minnetonka-based ADC Telecommunications' Singl.eView
convergent-billing system to support its multimedia services.

Active IQ Technologies Inc., Minneapols, completed its
purchase of Champion Business Systems. Terms were not
disclosed. Champion develops and markets small business
desktop-accounting software.

U.S. Bancorp., Minneapolis, said it will use Pitney Bowes'
Digital Document Delivery product to offer its corporate
customers the ability to present bills and other documents to
their customers, receive payments and provide customer service
via the Internet.

Cenex Harvest States Cooperatives, Inver Grove Heights,
and Cargill Inc., Minnetonka, signed a letter of intent to form
a limited liability company that would operate both
organizations' U.S. flour-milling businesses. The new
organization will include Cenex Harvest States' five Harvest
States mills and 16 Cargill flour mills. Cargill will be the
managing partner of the alliance.

Acumen Management Group, a Minneapolis-based sales
management consulting firm, has opened a Toronto office.
